Food Guide - Via Culinaria

In collaboration with SalzburgerLand Tourism, I photographed two editions of the printed culinary guide Via Culinaria. The project took me across Salzburg to meet the producers and farmers whose knowledge, passion and connection to the land shape the identity of the region. Along the way, I captured authentic personalities, distinctive places and the stories behind local and organic food production.
