Yazzoon is one of Salzburg’s most exciting new culinary addresses—offering a modern take on oriental fusion cuisine. In addition to photography, I captured a brunch experience at Yazzoon on video.

At night I had chance to photograph a vibrant evening filled with flavors, music, and atmosphere. Working in low light can be technically challenging, but it also allows for a more intimate, moody kind of storytelling. My goal was to capture not just the food and setting, but the energy of the night—highlighted by the warm ambience, the soulful voice of a local singer-songwriter, and the heartfelt hospitality of the hosts, Nico and Peter.
