These questions determine the focus of the 1,5 h treatment in the healing yurt. To relax body and mind, the singing bowls are usually used at the beginning. They lie on your body, make every cell in you vibrate and loosen the first blockades. The treatment is very individual. The basis is energetic work which incorporates elements from Reiki, Nuad, aromatherapy or shamanic soul work. Angelika guides you through deep tranformation processes while lovingly holding the space, so you can fully release and let go. The result is always a deep relaxation and a reconnection with your heart.
